BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. A valid credit card must be kept on file to hold your appointment; however, you may choose any payment method upon arrival. Deposits are applied toward your service total. Lash services require a $25 deposit. Waxing services require a deposit for services $15 and over. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. STYLE CHANGE FEE (LASH SERVICES ONLY) If you decide to change your lash style during the appointment, a $20 style change fee will apply. This fee covers additional time, product, and adjustments required to complete the new style. CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable. This policy applies to both lash and waxing services. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the service total, charged to the card on file. After two no-shows, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. REFUND POLICY Jenisthetix does not offer refunds on services. Payment is for the time, skill, and products used during your appointment. No exceptions. For lash services only: if you experience an abnormal amount of lash fallout within 72 hours, please notify me. A complimentary fix will be provided only if the issue is determined to be the fault of the lash artist. WAXING CONSENT & SAFETY POLICY All waxing clients are required to complete a waxing consent and liability form prior to their appointment. Waxing appointments without a completed consent form will be canceled. Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or skin treatments may result in refusal of service. Deposits may be forfeited if an appointment is canceled due to incomplete consent. CHILDREN POLICY For safety, insurance, and quality reasons, no children are permitted in the treatment room. All services require full concentration and a distraction-free environment. We are unable to supervise children and cannot be held responsible. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Jenisthetix reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete consent forms, contraindications for waxing or lashes, late arrival, or inappropriate behavior. AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
